Pros
Small office folks tend to mind their own business. No a gossipy office. Job not difficult for someone with above average intelligence.
Cons
Job is highly demanding for the level pay. Also, the boss likes to smoke cigarettes office. Basically making the work environment toxic. Computer systems are agent ancient and would offen go down leaving employees sitting around idol.
