      Pros

      It is a good opportunity if you want to work in Sweden. They act mainly in the automotive industry, which is on high demand on Sweden.

      Cons

      They pay below the average salary for an engineer. The owners/founders try to tackle a million things at the same time and they dont know in depth what they are talking about. The owners like to use the catchy/trendy words (AI, machine learning, etc), but they dont really know what they are talking about. The company is super profit-oriented, having their employees well being as a low priority.

      Visa process is fixed very quickly Gym benefit Other employees are very helpful

      Cons

      Salary is lower than average and the visa cost is no explanation ( since it’s only 3k sek per person ) You depend 100% on automotive industry since there’s no other clients.
