      Management team - tends to play favorites and look down upon certain people No breaks given Tips were taxed Customers were not the nicest, but as to be expected (DEL MAR)

      We got a pay raise of $2 a year. We maxed out at $23/ hr

      Pros

      Great co-workers, food and location. Also a great place to move up through the ranks. Many restaurants brag about their internal promotions, but this place actually does.

      Cons

      Corporate regional management (not in house management) is all over the place and inconsistent.
