Pros

1. Decent Hike ( if and only if you listen to the manager) 2. Awesome if your are a female associate ( no night shift yet ) 3. Company owner has high vision but few managers making it worse. 4. Monthly Team Lunch 5. Annual Function.... zest 6. 24 days as time off get accumulated on 1st January itself. Nothing like, you need to earn 2 days per month leave. 7. Launch of a new company - "eblon"................finger crossed, how it will be.

Cons

1. No importance if you don't butter higher management 2. No major hike until unless you put down your paper 3. Its all about buttering and not good work 4. Everything is run by onshore, off shore can not open their mouth or take a stand 5. Few Managers got their life time opportunity of being in the company without adding any value 6. Full Politics and group-ism 7. Small organization based culture and thinking 8. HR is of no use. Will never take your stand. 9. No possibility to move across organization under promotions 10. Nothing to learn....work and move on.

Good team and good compensation

Cons

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

Pros

great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

Cons

Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
