Since the workforce is completely remote, in person bonding with colleagues was missing.

I have found working with SearchBlox to be Collaborative, fun, low-stress, enjoyable. I like working with smart and nice folks on the team.

Not really a con, but there are the typical challenges inherent with working with totally remote teams as compared to being co-located with teams.
