Pros
You’ll meet some very nice coworkers who got bait & switched just like you did. This place is great at selling fake jobs, it’s what they do for a living!
Cons
Worst job I’ve ever had with extremely high turnover and very low employee morale. You’ll be offered an 8-5, hybrid schedule, and a job description that completely changes the moment you start. All of a sudden there’s all these “unspoken rules” to follow. Even though their core values are ALL about “over communication!” Interesting! The CEO Jeremy Gnozzo says he “hates micromanaging,” and yet that’s what this place thrives on. You’ll be expected to show up at 7:30am, work after hours, work Sundays, and bend over backwards for a company that doesn’t even trust the employees in the roles they’ve been placed in. You’ll waste about 3 hours of your work day over communicating “what you’re doing” for the day rather than getting things done. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt despite the negative reviews, but it’s all true. There’s favoritism, and an incredibly toxic work culture with very young naive people less than a year or two out of college thinking this is normal. “Leadership” is a joke, with power hungry catty 29 year olds stuck in high school. They’ll sit in conference rooms and loudly talk poorly about you if you call out any of the hypocrisy. If you push back, you’ll be fired. Not for poor performance, but for not drinking the “corporate kool-aid”. So be prepared to bend to fit their mold. I wouldn’t even work here as a desperate new college grad. Do your mental health, and your career a favor and work anywhere else. What a waste of time. I was quickly becoming a version of myself I did not recognize here. It’ll bring out the worst in you. What a blessing in disguise to have been set free of this train wreck.
