Pros

Good base salary and commission structure for out of college grads or people starting their sales career. The training is very good and not drawn. You'll gain a good base for overcoming objections in sales. All the people are friendly and all the managers are always open to helping out. If you're a top SDR you'll be treated like a king or queen here.

Cons

The turnover rate is very high, most people are in and out within 3-6 months. The quota is a bit unattainable and most SDRs don't consistently hit it, which means you'll never get promoted. AE's can be problematic and unhelpful as well. This job really is for straight hustlers, it's a grind everyday and it's very easy to get burnt out after a couple months. Also you are only allowed to work 40 hours a week, they won't pay for overtime, so time management is crucial make sure you're on pace every week.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture is very important to us. We want to see everyone succeed and reach their full potential, which is why we invest so much in our training and people programs! The constructive feedback is appreciated as well - this is how we'll continue to evolve, enhance, and improve our employee experience! The work environment at Seamless.AI is fast-paced, as we are rapidly growing! However, we understand that type of environment may not be the best fit for everyone. We strive to be fully transparent in terms of performance and job expectations, and if performance is ever a concern, we want to help support that employee. We appreciate you leaving a review, and will take your feedback into consideration.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
