      Pros

      Fantastic team, exceptionally clean buildings and facilites. Friendly staff, relaxed management and generally a good laugh. Decent benefits (pension, bonus and inflationary pay increases).

      Cons

      Occasional departmental politics, very few encouraged to learn anything about tooling to provide a basic service and minimal career progression.
