      Pros

      Positive environment, strong leadership, great employee perks. Very clean and upscale environment. Staff are very friendly and down to earth. Low turnover. Overall great community!

      Cons

      Some departments don't have much opportunity for job growth.

      Pros

      There has been a significant reset in the Culinary areas over the last few months. Morale is improved & coworkers enjoy working with eachother. Seabury has had a VERY strong year and the employees benefit from that also.

      Cons

      Hard to say anything glaring, there was need of a revamping in our department and it was done, dramatic improvement.
