Great management and culture, but can feel overworked - Software Engineer Scrive Employee Review

The culture, the inclusion, the feeling of always wanting to do new things and better, step by step. Getting to challenge old conventions and sometimes failing, but always learning.

There are a lot of really amazing "chefs" making this Scrive soup. Sometimes that can be (as we all know) a bit overwhelming. Clarifying roles helps, but the pace of the world is working against my utopian solution ;)

++++ Fully remote employment. And no micromanaging managers! + Full company meetups twice a year, with smaller meetups in between. + Really good engineering team.

* Yearly pay increase is low. 1-2% in the last couple of years.
