Pros

Good company and product line. There is a core of smart, dedicated, and hardworking people across the entire company who are great to work with. If you make an effort extra effort and take on the difficult tasks you will be noticed and have opportunities to advance. Nice amenities: fitness center, coffee machines, break rooms, corporate challenge, paid time off for volunteer work and company functions. Company executives do make an effort keep staff informed of mission through town hall meetings(those tend to be a little rah, rah though).

Cons

Fast paced environment with steep learning curve. We run a lean and management depends too much on employees to think outside the box and come up with solutions on the fly. Feels like we’re moving too fast sometimes(i.e. we’re changing the tires while the car is moving because we don’t have time to pull the car over).

Pros

So many but my favorites - The best people and management in industry so much it feels like family. Everyone works hard and looks out for each other in this group. We can work from home or in office or hybrid. The campus is beautiful. Management favors family and flexibility. They are involved, supportive, available. The team is unique and accepting. We care about each other. Our Manager works really hard, is supportive, cares about the team and team synergy. Our customers can be tough but they rely on us and we become close. Our jib is not the same one day to the next so it is exciting and never boring or dull. For these reasons I highly recomend.

Cons

The job is fast pace and challenging. I work hard and some times weird hours. It can be overwhelming but the pros make it very enjoyable.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive.
