      -Offer remote work which was great as a stay at home mom

      -Low wages -Poor management and communication -Inadequate training -Hours cut at random -Poor benefits -High turnover in just about all departments

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job
