Pros
The people you work side by side with are great. You build pretty strong professional and personal relationships for this being a remote position. This would truly be the ONLY pro besides it being remote which can be convenient.
Cons
The CEO is a greedy and cheap individual clearly. The unequal distribution of wealth in this company is unfathomable. They truly take advantage of college students and profit off of their cheap labor. It's terrible. Additionally, management is sloppy and disorganized. With how much you are overworked and underpaid, it should be illegal. Truly shame on the CEO.
