Pros
Work alongside great doctors and learn in real world medical environment. Awesome option for clinical experience for medical school. Extensive training provided. Flexibility (lots of scribes stay only for a year or less).
Cons
Terrible pay without a system for wage increases over extended period of time, hours scheduled can be sporadic and unreliable, management can often be terrible at communicating with employees.
