      Pros

      great pool of talent that self-selects (at least in New York); site placement is extremely important; HR does make mistakes every now and then but they are pretty good with communication

      Cons

      poor benefits; low wage; no cost of living adjustment whatsoever; uniforms that do not meet the expectations of site hospital/brand image.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
