The characterisations and allegations in this review are serious. While I won’t engage in debating individual claims or internal matters in a public forum, I do want to address a few points for anyone reading.
Scout Talent does not create or encourage fake reviews, and we expect feedback shared on platforms like Glassdoor to reflect genuine individual experiences — positive, negative, or mixed. We also take our obligations to clients and the security of their data extremely seriously and operate with clear governance and accountability in those areas.
We recognise that our environment is fast-paced and that the expectations in some roles can be demanding, particularly in the early stages. That intensity will suit some people more than others, and it’s important that candidates have open conversations during the hiring process about workload, expectations, and ways of working.
Our aim is always to maintain a professional, respectful workplace where people are supported to succeed. Where experiences differ from that expectation, we reflect on the feedback and continue working to strengthen leadership capability, communication, and clarity across the business.
