Pros
Pay is decent though it's like pulling teeth to get a raise.
Cons
Management can be overbearing at times especially upper management. Nepotism is prevalent as well. There's a point based attendance system and couple that with the relatively sparce vacation time and no provided sick days it's very easy to miss out on attendance bonus.
