      The pay and benefits are great. The company provides health coaches, gyms, and yearly physicals for free. The company is constantly growing in a weak economy.

      Cons

      Scotts is a very politically charged environment. Promises to middle management are broken on a regular basis. There are favorites among employees who are in management (some should not be in the upper management positions that they are in).

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
