Struggling to think of one pro during the time I worked here even the money wasnt enough to encourage me to stay.
Cons
Targets are unrealistic which means corners are cut to achieve them. Staff are all over worked and under appreciated. Everyone you speak to is disgruntled.

No training for new joiners, poor on-boarding
Invest in good quality on-boarding and cover in-depth product knowledge with an excel spreadsheet matrix rather than just winging it.
