Pros

Real flexi time is great, you can have an excellent work life balance and you work beside some genuine people who want to help the environment and make a difference.

Cons

Majority of people start in there as a fixed term employee with the hope that they are taken on permanently. They play fast and loose with employment law where fixed term people are let go after 3 years 11 months after successive extensions, only for their role to be advertised a few weeks later for a new fixed term contract. This is so they don't have to make the employee permanent. Agency Management Team are completely detached from the people doing the work and gladly take credit for other people's work, to then throw them under the bus when their department is facing budget cuts. Whole place suffers from cronyism and new CEO has surrounded himself with Agency Management Team with a vested agenda of getting direct access to funding rather than go through projects and proper budget controls.
