      SEPA have a good flexible working policy.

      Cons

      Entitled staff due to length of service 20-30 plus years No communication from senior leaders. Toxic culture. Possibly one of the most incompetent HR teams I have come across.

      The pay is fair. Good holiday entitlement with the option to purchase more.

      Cons

      Difficult to find the information you need. Constant changes in structure and no staff directory. Hard to progress and develop.
