      You get great benefits, banking holidays, paid time off sick time, will pay for education, 8-6 Monday-Friday 8-12 Saturdays

      Cons

      Lower pay than other credit unions in the area, other departments are very rude to branch staff, training departments is lacking, they don’t do every other Saturday as you are told during interviews, high turn over rate

Providing competitive pay has always been an important factor in the total rewards package. Recently, we conducted an analysis of our compensation system with the goal of increasing our minimum starting wage. As a result of the review, effective June 1, 2026, Scott Credit Union is establishing an internal minimum wage of $18 per hour.
