The office culture is fantastic. People are really kind to each other which is rare in construction. The leadership is great. Work life balance depends on the team but it is good overall. Probably one of the best construction companies out there to work for. The pay is reasonable too.

As is the case with a lot of construction companies, people move in and out of the company a lot which can feel unstable. But that's minor.
