Pros

THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE STRIKE FORCE TEAM Remote policy, most of the team is great to work with despite being burned out, compensation is pretty good

Cons

Leadership is terrible and focuses on money rather than improving the product, HR doesn't actually enforce policies, office politics are especially bad here if you aren't a "Yes man" you get targeted, the bonus structure is awful you only get partial payouts of your bonus and have to wait years for the rest of it

Pros

Great pay, good work-life balance

Cons

Leadership on game teams doesn't have a lot of oversight, which leads to much different experiences across teams. Scopely is investing more in games at earlier stages of production, but doesn't know what to do with the talent if the game doesn't work out. Expect layoffs or a lot of confusion if you're not working on a released project.
