We take pains to have the right person in the right role at all levels, with individuals who are committed to our core values. We also want to make sure that each of our employees feels like they have the opportunity to develop expertise in their own field through company-sponsored professional development and that they can collaborate with others in alternative areas to expand their knowledge base. Scitent has a long track record of filling positions internally, helping individuals grow into other positions, and being willing to nurture their growth to proficiency. We are also looking for opportunities to promote people for their domain expertise. Not all our promotions involve taking on management roles - many result in more responsibility, professional advancement, and of course, compensation.
Family first is a value that resonates from the CEO to each department and each team member. It is very disappointing to hear that your experience did not reflect this and we will take a pulse check moving forward to determine if others feel the same way. We absolutely want our team members to know that family first is something we encourage and embrace.
We have reinforced our product management in an effort to build out capabilities and maximize the opportunity to commercialize the products that we are building in-house.
