Pros

I really can’t say anything since I left the company over a year and some months. I don’t know whats knew with them

Cons

What would be nice for a change.. This is just a though, 1. Have sciolex meet with managers and supervisors for monthly meetings on how company is doing. I know managers and supervisors get together for monthly meetings but not sure if corporate is involved. 2. Supervisors and managers should do monthly meetings with the whole office instead of group teams meetings. Not all supervisors communicate with there teams and to avoid miss communication or It more of just keeping everyone in the loop if that’s how u want to put it and to avoid confusion. 3. More communication with employees and not pick and choose who to talk to and make every employee feel like there welcome and appreciated in the company and last but not lease hopefully if this works out maybe for a change the company can maybe host a Christmas party for all the employees if that can happen… It would be nice to have some thing knew to think of since theirs all lot of employees that have worked for over 5 and up years and everyone has said that they never had a company Christmas party.

Pros

The department I work for is chill for the most part. For the most days, I don't stress about work after hours.

Cons

There is very little guidance in how things are done. Other co-workers will train you based on what they been doing, but if you did something you weren't suppose to do, you get a warning. Even though you were never taught not to do that. It feels like people just go along day by day until someone suddenly changes the rules and we have to do it the "correct" way even though they just changed the rules. When there's something unexpected, like the building shutting down, we don't get paid for the remaining hours and if we do want to get paid, we need to use our own sick hours.
