Pros

I've been with SG for over 8yrs and I can definitely say that we have grown and evolved together :) While I can go on and on, on why I love this place, let me just list out a few here: 1. A Gaming Company at its truest sense.. a super Fun Environment 2. Offers flexibility and amazing Work-life balance 3. Great HR policies to ensure a very safe and conducive environment for Women employees 4. A very good employee engagement program that comes up with some event or the other on a monthly basis so that the employees have fun, relax and explore/ showcase their talents. One thing I have always liked about this program is the importance that is given to physical fitness and mental fitness alike. 5. And needless to say, the abundant growth opportunity that the company presents in front of you to hone your skills, to learn, to explore, to evolve. The company sure believes in Win-Win

Cons

Well.. I definitely miss the annual programs, the SG Days that used to happen.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Pros

Pay, share same holidays with PA DOR, experience and exposure to products and worldwide lottery and gaming

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
