Scientel offered so many different learning experiences while expecting very little prior knowledge. The internship was extremely relaxed and focused more on teaching the interns then actual tasks getting done.

Sometimes there was not enough work for the interns, leaving us going days at a time with absolutely nothing to do. Some may view this as a pro.

The CEO is very friendly, professional and pleasant. Good Paycheck, PTO & Benefits - Snacks & Coffee if you're at the office and an overall laid-back atmosphere. Invitations to Company Lunches, Happy Hours & After Hours/Weekend activities if you fit in. Flexible and Empathetic with scheduling for certain parts of the company. Generally speaking, the Management team does a good job of Acknowledging the staff when they do something well, and most people are willing to help if they're able.
