Pros

I honestly can't think of any pros. This company is not honest by any means and uses people in the worst of ways.

Cons

If you are wanting to work for this company honestly reconsider... the negative reviews on here have not been left for no reason!!!! If you do choose to work for them, there will be several red flags and you will immediately know what these people on here are talking about. There is only 2 people that work there... (one is the owner and the other is always a random new person). They want you to think this is a big corporation. The owner never gives clear instructions, often degrades people, DOES NOT offer bonuses, never praises you, overwhelms you with many assignments at one time, and insists you do things that were never in your job description. The company itself is very crooked. Any good reviews on here have been written by herself or bribed new employees to write them. She will go to any lengths to try and scam money from people. She tries to threaten people with lawyers often because she knows she is in the wrong. This business is very VERY CROOKED. Save yourself time, money, and your sanity... and work somewhere you will be appreciated, valued and treated like the intelligent engineer that you are, and worked hard to be. There is a reason they do not ever have anyone working there thats even been employed over 6 months.

Pros

The best parts of this job are that I have almost complete independence to work on what I see as the most pertinent. The superiors here enjoy seeing motivation and effort more so than anything else. I have learned more in a few weeks than most would learn in months at a stagnated position.

Cons

There are a of of assignments to be juggled around. The unconditional supports leaves one without a clear directive of what task on the list is MOST important. It is a smaller company, but it has a lot of potential.

Pros

Honestly speaking, there are no advantages of working in this company

Cons

The CEO and management showed no interest in pursuing any goals that were set at the beginning, something I've rarely seen happen at start up companies. Their only interest was in saving money and they just did not understand the fact that you need to spend money to make money. It was an emotionally draining job too - the employers just did not seem to care about their employees personal and professional growth. No wonder almost everyone working there quits within a couple of months of joining. My advice to future employees - please consider your decision a million times before going through with it.
