Pros
There are some amazing individual contributors and leads spread throughout the company. People who want to do right by players, right by their coworkers, and make the company great. It is just easily overshadowed by the culture that is set by the executive team. Not every area of the company is terrible. Any non-game role is likely fine. Finance, HR, etc. Compensation in about industry average, maybe slightly above. Though other benefits, especially health insurance aren't anything special.
Cons
Working on any game team. There are other reviews here that nail on the head a few of the issues with Sciplay. While SciPlay has seen business success, its internal culture has been met with an alarming amount of concern from developers regarding workload, leadership decisions, and developer treatment. Some issues include mandatory extra hours, forced relocation of employees, and several accounts of various misconduct toward employees by members of leadership. I know of very few people who actively want to remain here for employment, but are limited by the state of the game industry at the moment. So they put on a smile and will publicly say they love it because many people fear for their jobs (multiple "rifs" have happened to individuals who spoke out about leadership decisions or for standing up for struggling coworkers). If you are in dire need of a job, take one here so you get some income. I can't give less than one star, which is disappointing.
