Pros
+ Some lovely people from before the takeover still there.
+ Spacious and quiet office (only customer support have to attend regularly, all other teams can be fully remote).
+ Casual dress, parking vouchers, snacks in kitchen
Cons
- Company is no longer a distinct entity (staff resource is 95% dedicated to servicing the larger entity), so no one is technically employed by this company any more.
- Integration with large competitor changed ethos completely, where stress and lack of support then felt like the norm
