      Schindler will help you to grow in your career and they will give you good technical knowledge that you will not get from any other elevator companies.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
