      Expectation is that you should work nights and weekends to keep up with high volume of work. Salaries aren't very competitive No accountability in some areas of the company

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
