      You need to work on Saturday; When someone left the job and they cannot find any replacement, be prepared to take up more projects without any discussion

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
