They run you into the ground. On the service side you get 8 hours per day (HPD) per technician. However, the new idea was to take away an hour and make you find at least one hour per day for billable service. Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I've had in my career. A lot has to do with your Branch Manager and those around him, mine seemed to have his sights on higher things and apparently I wasn't helping him get there fast enough.
