      If you join the SCDP management trainee program, then Schindler provides great 2-year rotations for a total of 3 rotations over 6 years. It allows you to experience varieties of functions with senior management’s visibility.

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism in mid to high level management, particularly outside of Switzerland and Germany. Lack of strategic approach cross different regions.

      since the company is so large some of your work could feel "unmeaningful"

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
