      Pros

      Working alongside different departments was a great way to build upon an existing knowledge base and establish and strengthen new skill sets for future use.

      Cons

      New management has made the environment very cut throat. There used to be a familial sense to the company, now it's just about dollars and cut backs.

      Some of the kindest, supportive, hard-working people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Leadership is supportive and care about the people. Exciting and innovative work. Fosters professional development. Competitive pay.

      Limited room for growth in certain departments. Attached to a corporate company so additional hoops to jump through.
