This company has nothing to teach you, actually they will ask you to tell them how to run their company. they are in the wrong industry. They follow the bullying tactics to scare their managers and make them afraid of losing their jobs at anytime without prior notice. I worked for these people for a long time and I know all their inns and outs. They encourages backstabbing. The company does not offer anything so don't count on any benefit. don't let them find out that you are smarter than them, they will get rid of you immediately just play dumb and you will advance quickly.
