Pros

Some good people work there, but they are usually gone in a year or so due to the ridiculously high turnover rate.

Cons

On paper, this job may look like it is a decent opportunity but that is because they try to misguide you throughout the interview process. Not even close to worth the high amount of stress that will take it's toll on your life throughout your time working with the company. You may be thinking to yourself, "well this is a sales job, so stress is just part of the game". YOU HAVE NO IDEA. This company literally gave me health problems based on the extremely high expectations that were required for a product that does not exactly have a very high demand in these times. The CEO was just handed the job by his Dad and has no prior business experience, while the publisher does not care about employee retention. Sales reps typically last around 8-10 months before they are relieved of their duties or find another job themselves. The grass is definitely greener.
