It's a small company with a friendly culture. They work on exciting projects focused on social and environmental impact across the UK and Africa. With supportive management there is space to develop professionally.
Cons
The diversity of projects can give the impression of a lack of clear company direction. This isn't the type of company that seeks to expand massively. Although, this may not be a bad thing.
