There are multiple : the offices are colorful, you can have free breakfast in the morning, you have all the "regulars" (Swile, mutuelle, transport covered), benefits related to group Iliad/Free (freebox, profit sharing scheme), etc
But what I appreciate is that Scaleway is a company that changes fast (which is something not everyone would appreciate, but I do) and the goal is always to innovate, so there is always something new to learn or a new perspective to have which intellectually stimulates you a lot
Cons
I guess the fast environment could be a negative for some people
I saw comments saying that the communication is not the best and it's not transparent, being here for 2 years I can say that it has changed a lot and I would say that the transparency is there today
There probably are others, but I don't remember
