The leadership has recently changed, and has become authoritarian (like our french government). The new CEO (Damien Lucas) hides behind fine words to convey a vision in which he does not believe (and cannot argue). We are sold buzzwords to get the company back on its feet (IA & co, we are not far from selling NFTs). The management changes the structure of the teams by blithely flouting the labor code. The CODIR saves its place and does nothing for the employees (at least nothing publicly). We are told that remoteworking is a luxury, and harmful for the future of the company, without really explaining why or how coming back to the site will improve things. Worse, office conditions make it difficult to work properly. Each person has its little advantages (an office for the CEO, places reserved for HR, etc.). To crown it all, the CEO, who has been there for 2 months, explains to us during an "all hands" session that if we are not aligned with the "strategy" of the company, we just have to leave (or get fired at some point). Nice for people who have been bleeding for the box for several years. In short, go your own way.
