Pros
The team are kind and very hard working despite lack of guidance from leadership.
Cons
If you want to be underpaid, undertrained, undervalued, and constantly anxious about your job security, this is the place for you. Recent changes to the CEO and team structure have created tension and uncertainty, with little to no guidance, interest, or understanding from senior leadership.
The business model is dull, leadership establishes no clear mission or goals, and this lack of direction creates an unmotivating work environment, with little incentive or recognition beyond the occasional Amazon gift card. This is not the working environment they advertise; instead, it relies on young, underpaid, unhappy staff doing their best to cope with a lack of real leadership.
There is little opportunity for genuine progression; instead, menial tasks are assigned freely with no guidelines or training. Staff turnover has always been high, and the bonus and salary packages are, frankly, ridiculous.
I would not recommend working here.
