      Pros

      The Owner was accessible, Their were generous with employees, Fun events like cook outs and parties. Everyone was dedicated and friendly. My separation package due to Covid19 I felt was fair.

      Cons

      Covid-19 forced reductions and my position was eliminated. As with most companies working in a remote location can lead to a disconnect in communications

      Pros

      Scaffold Resource is very respected within the construction industry. All of the senior management team are very experienced and offer a lot of knowledge. You have the opportunity to be apart of some very interesting and innovative projects. SRs engineering partner PEG is very enjoyable to work alongside.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance SR expects employees to consistently work overtime without additional compensation. There is no gratitude for the additional work it is just expected.
