I learn a lot of new things everyday at Saypr. We work on pretty cool projects, and do a lot of brainstorming sessions that helps us a lot. You can see your impact on the projects directly, as they respect the ideas of the employees.
Cons
Very fast pace at times, but our project managers tend to give us extra time off during slower periods.
- Met a few good people along the way. Overall, nothing memorable. - Remote work
Cons
- Low salary - Leadership is very disengaged - Lack of diversity. Leadership wants a quick fix for fixing the diversity issue but does not want to fix the underlining problems within the organization regarding bias. - All teams are running on fumes and employees feel so burnt out. It is not until the majority of the team quits, that they will open a backfill. - They claim you can be your authentic self but if you aren't the person they want you to be, they will hold it against you and will hurt your career growth. - and I don't know other people who are really happy here.
