I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and inefficiency. The office was managed by 2 "children" who are really unprofessional. A lot of people left as the job was stressful and based only on how many e-mails per day everyone was able to send, not considering the incredible quantity of calls which customer service assistants used receive. I saw a former cooworker be fired after only two weeks of training because the manager and the team leader decided that her French was not good enough; and she had been tasted, before getting hired, in French with the team leader. Also, during the training she didn't have any chance to get a call or to reply to the e-mails in French. How can you hire people after tasting them and fire them after a while?!!! People are always under strict control, apart from "some" of them who were constantly putting make up on instead of working. Many many people left while I was working there because of the line manager and the team leader.
I do not recommend it at all.
