Pros
-Some good people working there -Flexibility on working later/leaving earlier on some days -Good way to gain experience approaching an office job for the first time -On site gym and canteen
Cons
-Lack of professionalism and experience from Management, who is supposed to train you and support you but really don't. -No career development inside the company if you work in London (more chances if you work in Dresden) -The company is always scared that you might go to work for a competitor but really nothing is done to keep you there -No benefits (only small contribution towards pension and holidays) -People working on Customer Service often have an enormous work load, it could be better if the Account Managers could help instead of chatting all the time around the office.
