Not worth your time - Brand Partner Savvi Employee Review

I was a brand partner since the early stages until I realized what an incredible scam it is. You can’t make a lot of money with Savvi PERIOD. They so heavily push recruiting and if you try and rely only on customer sales you make no money at all. You HAVE to hit a certain rank in order to even be given the commission you EARNED. They claim you make 25% commission off of your sales but that is a complete lie within the fine print that they never share with you. It barely scratches 3% if you dont heavily recruit. They fired essentially their entire internal team that I remembered and now it seems they using brand partners for free labor in this new "Board" where they should have a real corporate team doing these tasks. The business model is constantly changing. There is absolutely no structure and no “co creation” that they pretend there is.. Its one woman's opinion. All the branding videos is the CEO being the face of the brand and its so obvious they put on happy smiles for a few minutes... just seems so shady and fake. I had really high hopes about this company but it’s no better than your average pyramid scheme. Be a customer enjoy the beautiful clothes but be careful going into business with these people, not trustworthy and its literally not growing at all.
