Good/Okay Job - Childcare Attendant Saving Grace Employee Review

The team is supoer supportive and prioritizes well-being. The position allows you to support survivors through very difficult situations.

Vicarious trauma is common among staff as it requires a tremendous amount of empathy when interacting with people going through crises.

This job was mentally stimulating and interesting. I felt incredibly supported by my direct supervisor, who listened to every concern or comment I ever made. There are some of the most brilliant people working there and Saving Grace is lucky to have them all.

There were some problems with the organization structurally. Mostly having to do with fair representation and support when those issues arose.
