Pros
It's a fun environment, and the job is not so hard. There are pretty decent teams of people to work with and it CAN be a not-so-stressful job, AT TIMES. They also give 401K and health benefits to full-time employees, which is pretty good.
Cons
STRESS, STRESS AND MORE STRESS. They ask so much of one person and expect extravagant results. I'm sorry, but when you don't thank your employees for the ridiculous amount of work they do, they are not going to continue doing it for a measly minimum wage. Even as a member of upper management, you can not have one person doing almost literally everything and expect them to continue to take the blame day in and day out for every little thing. The Open Door Policy is a lie, and the favoritism is ridiculous.
